WagerLens Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

1. Definitions

  • Company: WagerLens, LLC.
  • Participant: You, the enrolled affiliate.
  • Referral Code: Your unique tracking code.
  • Referred Customer: A new user who signs up using your code.
  • Discount Code: A custom code (e.g., WL-JOHN50) that gives new users 50% off their first month of WagerLens ($14.99/mo).
  • Commission: $7 USD per valid signup.

2. Eligibility

Must be 18+, reside in permitted jurisdictions, and have a verified WagerLens account plus a Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal account for payouts. Excludes employees & families.

3. Enrollment & Participation

  1. Submit an application via the affiliate signup form.
  2. If approved, you'll receive a custom discount code (e.g., WL-JOHN50) that gives new users 50% off their first month.
  3. Share your code via lawful channels.

4. Tracking & Commission

  • Referral must enter your discount code at checkout.
  • Only first-time signups qualify.
  • Earn a flat $7 per valid signup (one-time payout per individual signup, not recurring).
  • 30‑day hold for refunds/chargebacks.
  • Post-hold, commissions are paid via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

Milestone Bonuses

One-time bonuses are awarded when you reach the following signup milestones:

  • 10 signups → +$50 bonus
  • 25 signups → +$150 bonus
  • 50 signups → +$400 bonus
  • 100 signups → +$1,000 bonus

The milestone counter resets after the 100-signup bonus payout. Hit them again, earn them again.

6. Obligations

  • No spam or false claims.
  • No self-referrals.
  • Disclose affiliate relationship per FTC.
  • Comply with all laws & platform rules.

7. Taxes

You're responsible for any taxes. WagerLens may issue tax forms (1099-MISC) if required.

8. Termination

  • You: Cancel anytime; code deactivates.
  • WagerLens: May suspend/terminate for breaches or fraud, withholding unpaid commissions.

9. Changes

Terms may change; continued use equals acceptance. Check Effective Date.

10. Liability

WagerLens isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from Program participation.

11. Governing Law

Governed by Maryland law; disputes in Maryland courts.
